Falling Turquoise LeafI finally got around to doing another ACEO (Original Art Card). It is in acrylics and measures 2.5" x 3/5". I used what I call the Zen Southwest palette (yellow, orange, red, turquoise, black and white). I tend to do the portrait format for the cards, which is another way they enable me to experiment with new compositions.

It is an 8 x 10 acrylic. I am getting the hang of doing the zen series in acrylics. I thought the blending would be very difficult but it isn't bad if I work in small areas and blend as I go.

I started doing ACEOs (Art Cards Editions and Originals). These highly-collectible pieces of art are the size of a standard trading card (2.5" x 3.5"). Here is my latest, which is an original acrylic on matboard:
