A winter zen piece with metallic silver, "Branches in Silver Frost":

Item 7361928326

Violet leaves in shades of reddish purple swirl around a luminous full moon. The winter sky is in shades of metallic silver and gray. This feng shui mandala, part of the Zen Moonlight modern art series (botanical abstract landscapes in a contemporary Asian style), is an original acrylic painting on a gallery-wrapped stretched canvas (the 3/4" staple-free sides are painted) and can be hung with just a nail—no need to frame. It has been lightly varnished to protect the paint and preserve the lustrous colors. The copyright watermark does not appear on the actual painting.

i really like the branch and moon paintings of yours, of your zen series. this one above, in silver, and the one in gold on the post above (and on your profile). i think they are lovely, and very mood-provoking.

as far as your comment on the 30dayartist... i've been artistically stuck for at least a year, in regards to painting. i've found, as both artists (and moderators) before me, that the hardest thing is forcing yourself to paint. the second hardest thing that i've found is making yourself stop. :)

thanks for the nice words.

Thank you for the nice comments you made on my site. I enjoyed looking at yours, too. You are very talented! I especially love the sun & branches paintings you do.
"Branches in Silver Frost" is a great composition and stunning to look at!
I will be back to look at more.
