This is another in the series of scenes I saw while driving along Highway 280 (in the passenger seat), "Clouds over Empty Hills":

Item 36896

The white, fluffy clouds roll across the blue sky, over the golden hills, which are dotted with live oak trees...a typical scene of autumn in San Mateo. This Northern California landscape is an original oil painting on a gallery-wrapped canvas (the sides are finished off in dark brown acrylic) and can be hung with just a nail—no need to frame. The style can be described as Dreamy Realism (realistic with impressionist overtones...the imprint of a scene on the mind).

I am also listing some of my older paintings up for auction at artbyus: - Contemporary Artwork from Self-Representing Artists and Serious Art Galleries.
